Andrew 'Rocky' Neal returned to the White Tigers in 2020 following his departure from Taunton Town. Having scored 60 goals for Bodmin Town, the striker originally joined Truro in 2016 where he had two successful seasons before departing in 2018 to join the Somerset club. He netted 36 goals in his debut season for the Peacocks before hitting a further 16 the season after. He continued his goalscoring with City. He struck 20 goals in all competitions in his last two seasons.Squad
