KEATS, WARD & N'DIAYE LEAVE TREYEW ROAD

Cameron Weldon

MANAGER Paul Wotton has announced the departures of three players from our first team squad.

Firstly midfielder Moulaye N'Diaye has left the football club and returned to France. Wotton said... "It didn't work for him at the football club" he continued "When I first took over at the football club I said i want the right sort of characters for Truro City and it didn't work out the way either of us would have hoped"

Noah Keats has also today left Treyew Road. "The departure of Noah is a real sad one" said Wotton. "He's got himself injured and won't be fit for three to four months so we've come to an agreement with Noah. Noah in fairness didn't wan to keep picking up his wages when he wasn't contributing on the pitch and I'm really sad to see Noah go. He was going to be an integral part of our squad and is always welcome at training if he ever needs help with rehab"

The final departure is that of defender James Ward. "James is leaving the club although he'll still be registered to us. I'm disappointed, I think James has made the step up in levels seamlessly. I think he's been terrific but ultimately it's not for Wardy and he wants to leave. We tried really really hard to keep him but ultimately if players want to leave and don't want to be part of it we have no other option but to let them go and get players who want to be committed. But I have to say James has been fantastic for the football club in the short space of time he's been here."

All at the club would like to thank Moulaye, Noah and James for their service to the club and wish them all the very best success for their future endeavours.
