The Club is delighted to announce a new signing for the forthcoming season in the shape of powerful, ball-playing centre half James Ward.
The 26-year-old joins Truro City on a one-year contract from Falmouth Town where he has played for the last three years. Prior to that he played in America for two years.
Coming in at 6ft 2" in height, James makes for an intimidating presence on the field and his record backs this up, scoring 17 goals over the last two seasons. The Cornish lad has also Captained the Kernow Team this year.
Club Manager Paul Wilkinson said: "James is a fantastic addition to the Club. He is a strong, powerful, ball-playing centre half who has an eye for goal from set pieces.
"We're looking forward to working with him as we prepare for the new season."
