NEW SIGNING: Argyle youth player Rio Garside bolsters midfield versatility

Paul Wotton has made another major signing, this time bringing Plymouth Argyle youth player Rio Garside to Truro’s Treyew Road.

17-year-old Rio, a versatile and talented midfield player, signed today for the White Tigers, much to the delight of Manager Paul Wotton.

“Rio is someone I’ve known since the age of 14 in the Plymouth Argyle system,” said Paul. “He fits in with the criteria of character I want at Truro City. He is hardworking, honest, a winner, plus he’s a very good footballer who will give us plenty of versatility. I’m really pleased to get him over the line and get him signed.”
