Now we’ve got two matchdays coming our way just to add to the excitement

Non-League obsessives MANarama can’t remember a start to the season like this!

Are you not entertained? The top four are in a league of their own in the BetVictor Southern Premier South – but with a double bill on the horizon it could all be about to change.

It’s been a whirlwind start for Tiverton Town, Poole Town, Truro City and Chesham United who are separated from fifth-place Taunton Town by five points.

But with Non-League Day coming up, who can impress with the spotlight on them?
Leaders Tiverton have averaged over three goals a game so far and will be hoping for more of the same when they travel to Wimborne.

The Yellows have got Poole Town breathing down their necks and they host bottom side Beaconsfield before looking to capitalise on their game in hand against Truro City on Tuesday night.

Chesham are looking to bounce back from their first defeat in four with a trip to Gosport but a home clash with Harrow Borough might be a chance to show what they’re made of.

Winless in six, Farnborough might not be confident of turning their form on its head when they head to Swindon Supermarine.

The Marine are unbeaten in four and will want to push the boat out against the struggling Borough boys before a date with Met Police on Tuesday.

Elsewhere, Hendon might feel they’re in a false position having played two games less than everyone else.

Their task doesn’t get any easier, starting with the visit of Salisbury to Silver Jubilee Park before the short trip to Hayes & Yeading midweek.

Off-the-boil Weston host Dorchester who have yet to win on the road while inform Taunton take a trip to Salisbury on Tuesday – that’s after their clash with Hayes & Yeading at the weekend.

What the next week holds for our sides, nobody knows. What we do know is that with Non-League Day around the corner, we’re sure to see the best of what our level has to offer!

While we have got you, why not do something really special this weekend….
