GOALKEEPER'S LOAN SPELL EXTENDED FOR ANOTHER MONTH

Truro City goalkeeper James Hamon's loan deal with Torquay United has been extended for another month, until March 20th.

The 25-year-old was due to return to his parent club upon the expiry of his temporary deal on the 21st February, but he will now remain at Plainmoor for another 28 days.

With the suspension of the Southern League Premier South campaign, Hamon joined Gary Johnson’s side last month as a backup goalkeeper following an injury to United first choice keeper Lucas Covolan.

The city shot-stopper has been involved in all the National League side’s match day squad since his arrival, missing only their FA Trophy win over Southport due to being cup tied.

We would like to wish James all the best for the month ahead and look forward to welcoming him back.
