STRIKER RECALLED BY ALDERSHOT TOWN

BY GARETH DAVIES

Striker Ollie Bray has been recalled by his parent club Aldershot Town.

The former Willand Rovers man, who scored Aldershot's only goal in their only goal in their FA Cup defeat at the hands of Championship giants West Bromwich Albion in January, made an instant impact in a City shirt.

On for his debut as a half-time substitute against Hampton & Richmond Borough, Bray, who initially joined Truro on a months loan, scored with his first touch to level the game up at 1-1. However, City would lose the match 2-1.

After Bray's loan was up, he then joined on a similar agreement until the end of the season. However, that has been cut short and he has now joined City's divisional rivals Dartford for the final weeks of 2023-24.

Overall, Bray made seven appearances for City scoring one goal.

We thank Ollie for his efforts whilst a Truro player and we wish him well for the future.
