Biography
We completed the signing of combative midfielder, Chris Regis, until the end of the season on March 22nd 2019.The 22 year-old is a former England U17 International who was with Arsenal and Southampton as a youngster before joining Colchester United in 2015.
Having failed to break into the first-team with the Essex club, he had spells with Sittingbourne and Farnborough before linking up with Port Vale, where he spent six months prior to joining Torquay United in the summer of 2018.
He is a box-to-box type of player.
