THEY may have only been at the helm for a week, but front-man, Tyler Harvey, is already impressed by the impact that the new managerial duo of Leigh Robinson and Michael Meaker have had on the team.
Harvey played his part in our first victory of the season at Gloucester City last weekend and now he is looking for more success as we welcome Hampton & Richmond Borough to Plainmoor on Saturday (kick-off 3.00pm).
“We dominated the game against Gloucester and got everything that we deserved in the end,” he said. “This first win of the season has been coming for a while and it feels good.
“The manager and assistant have only been in charge for a short time but they have already installed plenty of confidence and belief into the lads.
“Everyone is raring to get back out there and really kick-on from here.
“It’ll be another tough game on Saturday, as they all are in this League. Hampton & Richmond have started well, particularly away from home, but we are feeling good and will go out there determined to add to our points tally.”
