A meeting of some 40 fans, chaired by Ray Rowe, met to establish a new Supporters Club. It was unanimous that a new club should be established and formed.

The meeting was opened:

Peter Masters, Chairman of Truro City Football Club, was introduced, and was very encouraged by the event and the amount of interest to move this Supporters Club forward. Peter announced that he and Phillip Perryman (fellow director of TCFC) pledged to release a number of shares/ownership of Truro City FC to member supporters, once the new Supporters Club was set up with all the proper mechanisms in place. Peter wished the meeting well and took his leave.

Ray Rowe talked about the requirement of a Constitution, a Committee, Officers and members to manage the Supporters Club properly.

The general response form the Meeting in respect of subscriptions was under 16 free, all others £10 per year.

A request for Committee members to assume Committee positions was announced and encouragingly, from those present, 12 names came forward.

Ray Rowe continued by saying that the Committee will seek to set up the new Supporters Club by 1st July 2015.

A section of the TCFC website would be created for the sole purpose of the new Supporters Club. A section of the TCFC match day programme would also be made available should news need to be relayed to fans.

After the Meeting, those supporters who indicated that they wished to become Committee Members, agreed to meet at The Clubhouse on the following Wednesday 11th Feb, 7.30pm, to take the formation of the Supporters Club forward.
