White Tigers firing on all cylinders...

WHITE TIGERS’ boss, Leigh Robinson, has heaped praise upon his strikers.
Tyler Harvey leads the scoring charts with 16 League goals to his name so far, whilst Jared Lewington has impressed since joining the club in the summer and Louis Rooney appears to be shaking off the injury problems that have halted his progress this term.
“Tyler is a top player,” said Robinson. “He’s been magnificent for us; he looks fit and hungry and is playing with plenty of confidence and momentum behind him.
“We’re going in to games expecting him to score, which is great for us and for him to have as many goals as he has in a team that has found itself in the lower half of the table, is fantastic.
“Jared also does an amazing job for the team in terms of his fitness levels and how hard he works. He puts himself about, wins flick-ons and is big and strong. He also gives us a vital option when we’re defending set-pieces.
“He’s still learning at this level, but we are delighted with the progress that he is making.
“As for Louis, it was a great finish by him to win the game against St. Albans. It’s nice to have him as an option again because he is a player of undoubted talent and ability.
“He’s had a tough time with injury since I have been here, so I am really pleased to see him back in action as a reward for the hard work that he has put in to get fit.”
