Boss on our victory at Chelmsford City...

WHITE Tigers’ boss, Leigh Robinson, has heaped praise on his side after our upturn in fortunes continued with a 2-0 triumph at Chelmsford City.
“It was a great win,” he said without hesitation. “Full credit to the players for the shift that they put in.
“Defensively we were magnificent and this was despite being forced into changing our shape with Ben Harding and Nick Grimes both missing.
“The last five games have been a great success with the tally of points we've picked up and we look a completely different side to how we were in September.”
The next challenge comes in the shape of Greenwich Borough in the Buildbase FA Trophy at Plainmoor on Saturday.
“We can now put the League to bed for a fortnight and concentrate on Cup action,” added Robinson. “We didn’t manage to win any prize money in the FA Cup, of course, so we will be aiming to put that right in the FA Trophy.
“The key to this will be to ensure that we don’t drop the work-rate or intensity that has served us so well recently.
“Its Cup football and we know that Greenwich will play well above their normal levels in a game like Saturday and therefore we need to keep our focus and not take our foot off the gas.”
Come and show your support…
