THE WHITE Tigers head to Welling United on Saturday looking to secure our first points of 2019.
A 3-1 defeat at the hands of Torquay United saw us make a losing start to the year, but there were plenty of positives to come out of the performance, whilst our last game on the road saw us run out 4-1 winners at Hungerford Town.
We sit in 18th place in the table, whilst Saturday’s hosts are sixth having succumbed to a 1-0 defeat at Dartford in their last game as they were sunk by a late goal.
They have an impressive eight wins from their 12 home League games, so it will be a tough examination for us.
We shared the spoils with them at Plainmoor in a 2-2 draw back in August.
New loan signing from Plymouth Argyle, Alex Battle, stands by to make his debut after joining the club on Thursday.
