THERE'S a mouth-watering game in prospect at Treyew Road tonight as we play host to Bath City (kick-off 7.45pm).
The White Tigers have started the season well with two wins and a draw from our opening three League games, whilst our visitors are looking to kick-start their campaign with their first points.
"There are no easy games in this League," said manager, Lee Hodges. "It's clear to see already how competitive it's going to be and if we start to think that we are better than we are, we will get beat, simple as that.
"We have to be ready and focussed for another battle tonight and hopefully we can keep doing the right things to add another three points to our tally.
"At this stage of the season, and with the games coming thick and fast, it is all about picking up as many points as possible.
"We have a good squad and there are options all over the pitch. I am having to leave good players out, but it is important to keep them happy because everyone will have a role to play as the season goes on.
"We have set some high standards already and we need to build on these."
