White Tigers host Weston super Mare...

THE WHITE Tigers are back in Treyew Road action on Saturday as we resume our battle for League points against bottom-of-the-table Weston super Mare (kick-off 3.00pm).
Having been on Buildbase FA Trophy duty last weekend where we succumbed to a heavy defeat at Stockport County, we will have players back for this game as we look to build upon our dramatic victory over St. Albans City in our last game on home soil.
We face a Weston super Mare side who have picked up more points on their travels than they have at home with three wins from their 13 games. They have secured a total of 16 points so far this term – ten less than ourselves.
“We’ve licked our wounds from last weekend and now we are ready to go again for what is an important game for both clubs on Saturday,” said manager, Leigh Robinson. “This group of players tend to get over poor results pretty quickly; we don’t carry a lack of confidence into the next game and it’s a good quality that has manifested itself over time.
“It’s a big game for us as we look to move away from the lower reaches of the table. I will be looking for us to respond in the right way and build upon our last game here at Treyew Road.
“I’m also hoping that we’ll have a good turn-out of supporters to help drive us on and give the lads the backing that they need and deserve.”
