THE WHITE Tigers’ players have received another ‘beasting’ this evening with our third and final boot camp session delivered by Simon Holden (@SiFit_fitness), Matt Wilson and Gary Stephens at Bakers Park in Newton Abbot.
“We cannot thank them enough for the work that they have done with us this pre-season,” said assistant manager, Chris Todd. “It has given the lads the chance to bond as a team and provided them with a great fitness base for the new season.
“It’s certainly been hard work, there is no doubt about that, but it will stand us in good stead for the battles ahead.”
