First senior hat-trick for Keats...

NOAH Keats celebrated his first-ever senior hat-trick as we dismantled Whitehawk by seven goals to two at the weekend.
The summer signing has slotted well into The White Tigers’ team and has been an influential figure in our solid start to the campaign.
“The team did really well to get such a resounding win in our last game,” he said. “Obviously it was nice to get a hat-trick – the first one of my senior career - but the main thing was that we were able to continue our winning run.
“I’ve been pleased with my own form so far; it was frustrating to miss the first couple of games as I waited for International Clearance, but now that I have worked my way into the team, I am determined to stay there.
“We have a strong squad here and we all know that we have to perform each game in order to keep our place.
“I feel that I have settled in well and I’d like to think that I will get better and better as the weeks go on.
“There is such good morale amongst the lads. Everyone gets on with each other and we all have the same goals.”
The next challenge comes on Tuesday evening in the shape of Chippenham Town, who will be looking to bounce back from defeat at the weekend and put an end to our four-game winning run.
“They are a decent side,” added Keats. “I know a couple of their players and they will be tough opponents.
“But we’re looking forward to it and hopefully we can continue where we left off on Saturday. Our sights are firmly fixed on those three points and extending our winning run.
“The League is a high standard this season. I did two years at this level with Bath City before going to America and it’s always been a competitive competition where you have to be right at it each game.
“That said, with the squad that we have here there is no reason why we can’t remain up there and be challenging amongst the leading pack.
“I’d like to think that I will be able to play my part and make a contribution. I want to be able to establish myself and continue playing my part, both in terms of goals and assists.
“There is a lot to be positive about here.”
