When the brand new National League South season gets underway on Saturday 5th August, City will be coming up against five new clubs in the coming campaign. Leaving the National League South, from last season, are the two promoted clubs Maidenhead United and Ebbsfleet United and the relegated trio of Gosport Borough, Bishop`s Stortford and Margate.
Replacing them will be Braintree Town, relegated from the National League and three promoted clubs Bognor Regis Town, Chippenham Town and Havant & Waterlooville. We will also be coming up against Gloucester City who have been moved across from the National League North.
