As we come to the final game of a long season with what is arguably the most important fixture since the Vase final in 2007, supporters will be aware of events off stage, an open letter from Steve Tully and Wayne Carlisle and Peter Masters' response.

On behalf of Truro City Supporters Club, can I say we fully support Peter Masters and his position, those events are simply a distraction and far more important at this time is the prospect of success and promotion to regain our place at Conference level football.

I urge all supporters to create a special Cornish atmosphere at the game of which we can all be proud, showing respect for our opponents, their supporters and the officials while at the same time giving loud and boisterous support to our team from the moment they emerge from the clubhouse until the final whistle.

It must be the case for all of us that we can enjoy the game while behaving in a proper way which will transmit to our team and allow them to perform of their best.

Enjoy the game and hopefully the result.
